Berkeley has been my home city for more than 20 years. The East Bay is a diverse community with much to offer: from a big bustling world-renowned university to tiny tree-covered stairways up and down the hills and from the restaurant that invented California cuisine to hole in the wall establishments selling delicious ethnic food from far-flung places. It is these varieties that make the East Bay an attractive place for many.

Having been a homeowner and a real estate investor, I know the excitement, reward and anxiety of buying and selling properties. Friends have often come to me for real estate advice. It was very rewarding to share what I had learned and to strategize with them through different scenarios. The joy of seeing people realize their dreams led me to be a Realtor®. I will work with the same care and enthusiasm for my clients, understanding your needs, having your best interests in mind, while being your advocate and resource through the process. I am delighted to be your local guide by helping you navigate towards the best outcome in your real estate endeavor.     

Growing up in Hong Kong, I never expected to go to college or to the US. As luck would have it, I had an opportunity to attend UC Davis where I obtained my B.S. in Computer Science. I am also a CFA® charterholder. I have worked as a computer programmer for bank accounting systems. Real estate transactions are similar to programming in that there are many pieces to the puzzle, and despite best laid plans, there can be surprises along the way. Therefore, I will always persevere to overcome obstacles for you. I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. I am also certified as an At Home With Diversity Realtor®.

In my free time, I feed my fascination for architecture by learning about different styles and elements that make a building aesthetically pleasing and well-functioning. I also enjoy hiking, reading, and exploring East Bay neighborhoods with my husband, Ron. We work as a Realtor® team at Zip Code East Bay.
